Filtered and heated air enters the dryer in a spiral pattern through an air distributor. Liquid material is atomized into fine mist by a high-speed rotary atomizer at the tower top. Contact with hot air dries the mist into solid powder almost instantly. Finished product discharges continuously from the tower bottom and cyclone separator, while exhaust fan removes waste air.
